Every Toastmasters member learns through the Pathways education program — a self-paced curriculum of speech projects spread across eleven learning paths. Beyond Pathways, District 84 runs supplemental training (TLI, leadership retreats, contest workshops) and supports members working toward the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award.
