Pursuing Pathways With Passion (P3)
The P3 incentives program is a program to incentivize club members to participate in the various roles within their club. This tracker works with your club to validate that you have completed each one of these different roles and when you finish all 16, you can submit your form and be awarded a P3 roadie.
The Goal
16 meeting roles
One role per meeting (no double-dipping). All performed in the same home club.

Completed P3 Roadmaps are celebrated at the D84 Annual Conference.
Step 1
Log
Pick a slot for a meeting role you performed. Fill in the date.
Step 2
Initial
Any current officer of your club initials the slot — they confirm you actually did the role.
Step 3
Submit
All 16 initialed? Submit to the P3 Program Manager for celebration sign-off.
Standard meeting-role progression. You don't have to complete them in order — log each as you perform it at a club meeting.
Rule: only one P3 role per meeting — if you served two roles at the same meeting, only one counts toward the Roadmap.
