I was born in Winter Haven and am a 3rd generation Havenite having both sets of grandparents coming from Georgia and Alabama during the Florida Land Boom 100 years ago. I have lived at the same location for 69 years. I joined Toastmasters in 2003 in order to overcome a medical issue known to present an introverted personality. Toastmasters has turned my life around in the last 20 years.
