Judd Spitzer, DTM has been a Toastmaster since 1991 and is a longtime member and officer of Titusville Toastmasters #3018, where he most recently served as Club President (2024–2025) A dedicated contributor to Toastmasters District 84, Judd has served as Area 20 Director and District 84 Public Relations Officer, championing the role of clear storytelling in growing the District's reach. Beyond the lectern, Judd brings a builder's mindset to every Toastmasters venture. As Publisher of Sun & Salt Press, he both helps writers turn manuscripts into beautifully crafted independent books and develops the digital infrastructure clubs and Districts rely on — the platforms behind contest registration, club rosters, and the D84 Conference. He is also an active community organizer through Cocoa Beach Fun Runners & Walkers. Judd holds an M.S. in Management from Excelsior College.
