Zac grew up in Newburgh NY near WEST POINT and attended Butler University in Indianapolis, IN and was an advocate and proponent of Servant Leadership as a presenter at National and Regional Conferences at many universities. He’s Vice-President of Membership at Orange Park Toastmasters and Div A- Area 12 Director. He is a Villanova University Certified 6 Sigma Green Belt working in the Avionics Area and Calibration support since 2016. Prior to that he was an Civilian Govt employee working in Design and Test of New Systems in support of DOD Contracts. His prowess in the area of Leadership development led to his inclusion in the development of the Air Force’s first formal leadership program; in which he was a developer and instructor and received Civilian of the Year and 4 Period Awards for leadership. He has worked for Boeing, Lockheed and NASA and is a graduate of the Naval Air Systems Command -Journey Leadership program.
