Club leads are accepted by the Club Growth Director and assigned to a team to develop leads into a new chartered club. Each new lead is assigned up to 2 sponsors to assist the prospective club in meeting the requirements and completing the documentation required for a charter. Once the club charters, each new club is assigned up to 2 mentors. Mentors work with the club for a minimum of 6 months to understand how Toastmasters works.
