Table Topics Master and Vote Counter
Impromptu speeches for club members. The Table Topics Master will call upon several members who do not have roles; to deliver a 1-2 minute speech on a predetermined topic. TTM will ask the Timer if all were within time perimeters. TTM will recap each participant's topic THEN ask everyone to vote for a winner. Ask the Timer to set 1 minute for voting, then return control of the meeting to the Toastmaster. Guests are encouraged to participate.
